We are planning to play all games as scheduled tonight and tomorrow.

Kindergarten games this evening will be in the upper 40s but the rain is expected to stop here shortly. Please dress players appropriately for the weather, in multiple layers, if necessary. Long-sleeves and jackets can be worn under team jerseys. Pants, hats, and gloves are permitted.

Saturday games will be considerably colder and possibly a bit wet. Have players dressed for those conditions – long-sleeves and jackets can be worn under team jerseys, pants, hats, and gloves are permitted – and we advise parents to do the same since sitting on the sideline requires much less energy than running around playing. If you feel that it is too cold for your child to play tomorrow, please contact your coach to let them know your player will not be available for the game. Coaches, if you find yourself too short-handed for a game, please contact me as soon as possible — we may have to combine teams.

We have confirmation from NRU that they plan to play tomorrow. If you are scheduled to play on a NRU field tomorrow, please check their website, www.newriverunited.com, after 7am to see if their field conditions have changed and they had to close fields.
